You grant authorization to Mobile Phone Doctor for the outlined service mentioned in the service ticket pertaining to the specific device noted on the ticket (referred to as ‘your device’).

When availing the services offered by Mobile Phone Doctor, you acknowledge and agree that any pre-existing warranty associated with your device may become null and void as a consequence of the repair procedure. Mobile Phone Doctor does not bear responsibility for such circumstances. However, your repair will come with a new, restricted Lifetime Warranty from Mobile Phone Doctor, subject to Mobile Phone Doctor’s terms and conditions (further details about Mobile Phone Doctor’s Warranty Terms and Conditions are provided below).

In the event that your device exhibits multiple issues beyond those listed when it was initially submitted for repair, we will refrain from commencing the repair process until we receive your authorization. (For instance: you may have initially requested a screen replacement, but if our technician discovers another issue such as water damage), you will be promptly notified.

You bear the sole responsibility for backing up any data stored on your device and ensuring the protection, encryption, or deletion of your data to prevent unauthorized access.

Mobile Phone Doctor will not engage in data backup or restoration services, and assumes no liability for any data loss or corruption. Mobile Phone Doctor will not treat the data on your device as confidential and disclaims any obligation to do so.

No agent, employee, dealer, representative, or reseller is authorized to modify the stipulations outlined in these Terms and Conditions. This includes alterations to the Limited Warranty or making binding representations or claims on behalf of Mobile Phone Doctor regarding the Service, whether through advertising, presentations, or any other means.

We offer a price match guarantee based on individual cases and retain the right to refuse any price match guarantee at our discretion.

You and Mobile Phone Doctor mutually agree that it is our explicit intention for these Terms and Conditions to be legally enforceable in accordance with their provisions to the fullest extent allowed by law. Should any part of these Terms and Conditions be deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, such determination shall not render the rest of these Terms and Conditions invalid.
