Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty service:

  4. We’ll assess the issue to confirm it’s warranty-covered
  5. Repair or replace the component at no charge

Important Warranty Conditions

  • Device condition – Device must be in similar condition to when repaired
  • Timely reporting – Issues must be reported promptly when discovered
  • Authorized repairs only – Warranty void if device is opened by others
